    Great.
    We need a sequel with the borrower finding out that his payment is increasing 30% and he doesn’t qualify for a refi loan because his house is worth less than his mortgage. Then he walks and the servicer goes to the realtor wh says ‘I can’t sell this house. You don’t have clear title’
